Four new board members were elected at the 2026 annual meeting. As per Turner Downs precedent, the board agreed to the following positions:
Russ Weimer – President
John Warren – Vice President
Lorin Wingate – Treasurer
Tracy Wallace – Secretary
Russ Weimer has submitted his resignation from the Turner Downs HOA board as of April 17th, 2026. In compliance with HOA bylaws, John Warner has assumed the role of acting HOA president. The board is actively seeking to nominate a fourth board member and will provide timely updates to the community on any changes to the status of the board. The current board structure is:

Vice President – vacant
Lorin Wingate – Treasurer
Tracy Wallace – Secretary
